BACKLYST – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Backlyst operates a credit-based system where credits are used to access services.

6.2 Nature of Credits

Credits:

  • Have no monetary value
  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • Are non-transferable unless permitted
  • Are non-refundable

Credits are a revocable, limited licence to use Platform features.

6.3 Platform Rights

We may, at our discretion:

  • Adjust credit balances
  • Expire credits
  • Remove credits in cases of misuse or error

Where you have provided your consent, we may contact you by email to:

  • Notify you when Backlyst launches
  • Provide updates about the platform
  • Share relevant information, features, or services

The total amount paid by you to Backlyst in the 12 months preceding the claim

  • Reliability
  • Fitness for purpose
